Uh...I believe that the story is that Clinton is returning every penny raised by Hsu. A corrupt politician would keep it.
BTW, this is on top of the Clintons liquidating their entire blind trust back in January and moving every dime out of stocks into interest bearing money market bonds and the like -- just to avoid even a whiff of impropriety. I've never heard of a major candidate taking this step.
