I can only speak to what I have read on MMC's website. Here is a link to some of the info on the MT minor:

It does state that you have to be admitted to the BA in Theatre Arts with a concentration in Theatre Performance to pursue a minor in MT. I don't know if that holds true for transfers as well. A while back some MMC students posted their experiences with the MT minor...if you search back you might be able to get some more info that way.
