| also the Cornell co-op program had limits on the interview process, for instance you couldn't find out the salaries ahead of time they wanted you to pick the job on its merits. They also didn't allow interview trips to the companies. I think it did a good job of keeping this in perspective. This was over 20 years ago, may be different now. |
