But I bet there is a 'bottom line' price, or cost, on those documents. Inasmuch as that bottom line cost includes loans ABOVE IT, it is misleading. To the extent that colleges are using loans to develop the final cost, even if they are labeled 'loans', it is misleading - to me, at least.
