Agrophobic

Can somebody give me the in and outs for this field? I'm a BME major at JHU considering business(probably not finance though) or something other than medical school and the traditional engineering route. How is the mobility and flexibility in switching to other business jobs(consultancy, marketing, ) and salary benefits? Basically I would like to hear more of the bad things about this field as well as the good. It seems ideal to me as I get to work on a more business consulting in convincing clients, working semi independently with others, and at the same time use some of my more technical science skills as oppose to just financial crunching numbers. What do you guys think?
