I am surprised it was that easy to find and it would concern me because Googling is more like picking up a newspaper than spying, IMO. I am a headhunter and I Google pretty much every candidate I get because I want to know what my clients will know before they know it. Your S probably has no idea that stuff is so easy to find and he may well be very embarrassed by it. If you're not comfortable telling him, I would try to figure out a way for him to figure it out.
