I'm a student of Chabot College, I've sign a agreement with UC Davis, Civil Engineering
but someone told me that Davis don't accept agreement in Engineering major even thought you already sign it (they'll retrun it to you), is that true?

another thing is I gonna apply Cal with Industrial Engineering, and my in my personal statement if I just write about Industrial Engineering, nor Civil, which is the major I apply to Daivs, will Davis care about this and reject me even thought I have a agreement with them?
