My understanding of EA vs ED...ED represents your decision to apply to ONE university-and if that University accepts you-you will accept their offer and attend-no ifs/ands/ or buts....however...EA...says you intend to accept the offer if given by the school, but reserve the right to change your mind and accept an offer from the RD school-reasons may include: maybe better more tuition assistance from the RD school, you decided they had a better program for your major, you really want to live closer/further from home-you get the drift.
