| If you are entering Region at Large, what are the limitations for submissions and stuff? like how many submissions can you enter for each category, etc? I can't find anywhere it tells you.
Also, what if you are not homeschooled, but at your school you don't take art (doesn't fit in my sched). What do you do about a teacher? |
