I will give these questions a shot;

-Is it possible for me to rise all the way up to building Skyscrapers in major cities?

No reason why you can't do this. High rises are a pretty specialized field, you need to find the firms that do this kind of work. Your best shot is in New York and Chicago, though there are other firms scattered around in different places.

-Would getting a MBA significantly increase my salary/position in a firm?

Not for a long time, and not till you are management.

-Is a 4+2 more like normal college?

Your freshman year is like typical college, once you start studios it is just like regular architecture school.

-Is a 5 year BArch very intense and unforgiving?

Yes, you need to be pretty committed.

-Is a Masters higher/more education/valued in the workplace over a Bachelors?

The BS in architecture is less valued, the BArch is usually held in the same esteem as an MArch.

-What is the difference between a college and an institute?

As long as it is an accredited degree I don't there is a difference.
