I would definitely take the Physics one. The curve is nice and the stuff will come back to you (especially as the test is mostly concept).

I would personally be very happy with a 740 in World History...but that's just me.

Literature I would retake just so colleges don't see score (they'll see it, but they'll look at the highest)

So if you only need 3, I would say keep your World History and re-take Lit and take Physics.
