I'm sorry for the misunderstanding. I never wanted to release the impression that I wouldn't be totally enthralled with going to Northwestern. From everything I've learned about the school, their intellectual body, and social community, I only get more excited about the prospects of possibly applying, and/or attending the university. What I had meant in my original post was more of an inquiry for additional data. It's apparent to me now that it looks more as a questioning of "Why do I have to apply to Northwestern?", but instead I was wondering if out of all the educated minds scanning these pages, someone could possibly give me something I hadn't come across. I had hopes of recieving personal quirks, stories, and other extra information that I hadn't had the oppurtunity to come across yet.
In response to one of the replies about you spending extra time to roam the campus, I want you to know I did the exact same thing. The atmosphere was dampened by a break in schooling, but excitement was still high as I walked throughout the streets of Northwestern.
I want it to be known that I have every intention to apply to Northwestern, with hopes of securing my place in a supreme intellectual environment, one that I could social, mentally, and physically learn and succeed from.
With all that said, and hopefully my true colors are shining through now, if anyone does have any personal information (anything they don't tell you on the tour, stuff you can't find on the website, what truly makes a college career a memory one cherishs for the rest of their life), please share.
