I'm a midshipman at the Naval Academy, and I think a Ron Paul tailgate could be a big success. He has a good deal of subtle support here. Even if we could just get a plane with a banner to fly over the stadium, that would be great. Unfortunately the event would probably have to be organized by civilians, because organizing political events are a gray area for cadets and midshipmen, even though it would be OK for us to attend.
Try contacting the local meetup groups around Baltimore, I'm sure they would be very receptive to the idea. There is a military meetup group as well that would probably love the idea.
