sameer - if this is for ED, and they don't receive your first packet, I suggest applying online at commonapp.org, and asking your school if they would fax the school report and teacher rec's. The latter are the only parts that need to be submitted on paper, and it seems that Dartmouth would be willing to work with you on this problem once they emerge from the pile of applications they're sorting.
