ninja, was your application complete at that time then? I think a number of students who turned in their applications then still didn't have complete applications, because a recommendation or something hadn't yet been logged into the system. I would guess (and of course, it's only a guess) that admissions wouldn't pull a file to evaluate until it was complete.
