| I'm no techie in terms of how to disable pop up boxes if that is the cause. But I tried TWO browsers for this person just to test it out for her since they are having difficulties. I realize we can't be the only ones as it happened on their computers (they tried several computers in their house) and on mine but another client has had it work OK. They may need to call the school to inquire. The same family having the problem with Roosevelt has done many other online apps without a hitch, however. |
