I am not sure how good the TV-film major is at either school, but this far along, a transfer as a junior to a major you don't want, is not worth it in my opinion. I don't imagine it would be harder to get an internship coming from UW-M then it would be for UT if you only spend a semester at UT anyways. Unless you know for sure that one program is significantly better than the other, it doesn't seem like its worth 20 grand, and probably another year.
