- SAT II: 800 Math I, 790 Math II, 780 Chemistry
- Unweighted GPA (out of 4.0): 96.5% (I'm Canadian, we don't do GPA)
- Rank (percentile if rank is unavailable): 1st/150
- AP (place score in parenthesis): None (doing chemistry and physics now)
- Senior Year Course Load: AP Chemistry, AP Physics, Biology, Calc/Vectors, Advanced Functions, English (Again, all Canadian courses)
- Major Awards (USAMO, Intel etc.): None really, a couple of relatively easy to get math contest honour rolls/distinctions
[ b]Subjective:[/b] - Extracurriculars (place leadership in parenthesis): Varsity Rowing (Captain), Head of MasterKey (student admissions), Youth Tutor for 4 years, voted Peer Counsellor, Varsity Swimming
- Job/Work Experience: Intern at Sick Kids Hospital in Toronto last summer for 3 weeks
- Volunteer/Community service: Tutor small children once a week, went to South Africa on exchange in grade 10 and tutored children (among other things, not the sole focus of the trip), other small random things that got me up to 200 hours
- Summer Activities: Rowing/Interning last summer, the exchange to South Africa the year before
- Essays: Really really good
- Teacher Recommendation: One was spectacular, one was above average but nothing special
- Counselor Rec: Amazing
- Additional Rec: I had my rowing coach do a fantastic rec for me
- Interview: Didn't have one

- Why you think you were accepted/waitlisted/rejected: I had a solid all-around app, with decidedly above-average grades/scores/rank
