| For anyone still looking, check out the brand-new MicroTrack II from M-Audio. It was announced at the AES show in October, but just started showing up in stores in the past few weeks. It's even better than the original and they lowered the price by $100. It's more money than the Zoom, but in an A-B test, it might prove to ge superior. With any of these, a better stereo mic than the one built in or supplied with the unit would be a big improvement in the quality of recording. |
