It took over a month, probably about 6 or 7 weeks i think. I turned mine in late october. The only thing it said i turned in was the payment. then early december it said i had everything besides the parent signature page and around december 15th or so it said application status complete. I emailed them about a month after i sent my stuff in and they emailed back not to worry about it and that they were just behind in updating and not to resend. I would wait a little longer.
