What do you mean that you don't have ECs? Earning a black belt and speaking two languages with a third on the way, is pretty impressive. Much more impressive than being president of French Club. You just need to do a good job of talking about the things you do. If you degrade the experiences the way you have here, then you'll really hurt your chances.
