We have had some notice just because I e-mail or call and then they let me know. My D auditions on Feb 1 at IU and we have not received our package. I e-mailed them and they finally sent our info via e-mail today. We are driving, but I still want to get the hotel reservation made. I need to book airfare to Chicago for the Northwestern audition.
