I wouldn't make where you want to live after graduation a factor. If you're looking at business (and more specifically, recruiting), chances are you're going to end up being called to one of the major hub cities anyway: NYC, Atlanta, Dallas, LA. Very few people stay put after graduation.
That said, I think you'd be fine at either school.
