Suenos: Parkside sounds like a good fit for her. There are a lot of events where people go out to international restaurants, as well as events where they will get catered international food put on by the RAs and building government. It is also a good dorm for people who don't party in the traditional drinking way.
USC has a very diverse set of students, so everyone will fit in with some group.
