i'm planning on entering the same field, and the beauty about this at stanford is that even if they don't have EXACTLY the major you are looking for, you will definitely find something related (ie biochemistry, anatomy), PLUS you get a quarter system, which allows you to take more classes in the stuff that you are more interested in... so more neuro classes!
btw, you might want to look at upenn's cognitive science major. if you're anything like me, this will make you cry in happiness.
