I work with plenty of folks from lower tier schools...and many of them are doing VERY well. Smart, nice people who believed in themselves and didn't worry about having the "smart stamp" as someone on this board called a prestigious college degree. Be happy that your son seems to have found his way. If he wants, he can try to separate himself from the pack during grad school. Keep supporting him both externally AND in your heart. Sounds like you have lots to be proud of. All the best to you and him!
