I'm shooting for law school also - Yale, Harvard, ND, Mich etc... stuff like that - but it is insanely hard t get into their law program - don't transfer just b/c of that though - Do you like your school? Do you like what you are doing now??? that is what matters - do something over the summer, that is what i did - I am a poli sci, Busi major and BioChem, econ minor. I am hoping to transfer to ND or UM this winter for personal reasons but over the summer i ran as a trustee for my township - i lost but i got 25% of the vote - it was fun and just something my friends and i did d!cking around.
really the school you go to wont matter as much as long as you pull the grades and you show your commitment to the classroom, EC and write some compelling essays - you already have the relations established at USC - all you are going to receive at your new place is a job with a congress men that you may not like, even though you have worked with him/her before, and the school may not be what you expected.
my opinion - i'm only a soph and 4.0 also but just my thoughts on stuff.
