Assemble-your-own burritos/tacos/tostadas: warm tortilla/shell, vegetarian refried beans, quacamole, salsa, shredded cheese, sour cream, diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, black olives, onions; plus Mexican rice if ambitious.
