abasket- in our case they did not give details of what the furniture consists of. Basically they said you are stuck with the furniture in the apartment and they won't store any of it if you want to bring your own.
They did say there is only 1 internet connection and no wireless in his apartment building. They will need a router. My son will share his apartment with 2 other students. He does not know them so I am hoping at least one of the other boys is organized and they figure out who will bring what. My son's main concern is being the first one to check in so he gets the single room. (he has gotten spoiled the last two years ending up with basically a single room. Freshman yr the roommate was gone visiting a gf every weekend, soph yr the roommate was local and moved bedding and towels in and never returned again)
