I am purely going by the stats that you presented. It seems as though it would be very difficult for you to get in given Northeasterns average data set. URM helps, but to a certain extent. It also depends on what college you are applying to as well. The business school, engineering, and bouve will be very difficult to near impossible with your current stats. Perhaps take the ACT? I could be wrong though, Northeastern could very well use different regiments for foreign high schools. Best of luck.
