i got the best offer from UCLA.. $3,000 more than UCSB and $4,000 more than UCSD..

i'm pretty sure that the amount they give you reflects the given area's cost of living.. then again, maybe not.. because SB's rent prices are easily on par with, if not more expensive than LA's.
