You can improve your SAT scores a lot simply by taking lots and lots of practice tests. I got from around 2000 to the 2200's by just studying vocab and taking practice tests. It's not hard to brush up your math and writing section if you just learn the material and practice, and the difficult part of verbal is mostly vocab. Hope I helped at least a little!
