I wouldn't say the OP is in at UNC. I had a 1540/1600 on my SAT, got into Cornell and Duke but was rejected by UNC. For OOS applicants, UNC is tough. I agree that Cornell, Duke and WUSTL are reaches. UNC and Vanderbilt are matches.
