My son (who posts as Son of Tranquil) transferred this year to UNCSA. Though not a MT program, it is a BFA Acting Program and in his class of 30 acting students there are 3 or 4 transfers. He was accepted at other schools as well so it is definitely possible to transfer. While he did have to start over as a freshman, he is extremely happy with his program and that he went through the process of re-auditioning to get to the school that was best for him.
