How to write Essay of 11~12 range?

Hello!

I am having a big problem with essay portion. I usually go by introduction, two body paragraphs, and conclusion. Some people said that body paragraph addressing counterargument must be included.

I am doing relatively good with introduction and conclusion paragraphs, but I have problems with body paragraphs. Should I include paragraph defending my opinion against possible opposition, or can I include the counterargument in each pro-paragraphs?

Overall, will you also give me some tips and general format?

Good luck in ACT!

I use a trick i Learned in ap lang last year called a refutation. You tell the opinions of the other side then shoot it down. I also have 3 body paragraphs.
