Name incorrect on ACT registration -- What to do?
My name is incorrect on my ACT registration; it has the wrong middle initial.
What should I do to resolve this for the October ACT?

Frequently Asked Questions | Contact us | ACT Student
There is also an option on the FAQ page, in the left sidebar, to send a question by e-mail, but I would call, expecting to get a quick answer.
