ACT score for international students

I'm a senior in Japan.
I received the October ACT score and it was 30 in composite.
Do you think it too low to have a good chance for HYP?
I know the mid50% is somewhat 32-35 and bottom 25% is for mainly athletes and legacies, but I have never lived abroad and my school is not an international school.

Considering all those factors, does 30 in composite hurt my chance?
By the way,
My SAT 2 scores are 800(math2) and 770(bioE).
My GPA is 3.95

Same situation here. I just got my scores: 32 composite (26, 36, 32, 33). 26 in English looks terrible, but it's still 82th percentile.
Similarly, high SAT Subject Tests scores (800, 780, and, hopefully, another 800).
I'm from Europe and have never been in an english-speaking country.

You guys don't seem to have trouble!
I mean I just got 28 on my composite score. I thought it would be a good score since it is in the 91st percentile. However, it seems like I would have to retake the ACT anyway

This is quite interesting guys, I wonder if less selective colleges actually understand the different international students experience.

I don't know!
Oh gosh!
I was talking to a friend who studied at University College London, and he told me that a 28 in the ACT for a international student is enough for admission!
(But it gets really difficult if you wanna apply to an Ivy League)
He also told me that as long as one has a good TOEFL score, there are chances for being admitted!
D:
He said that essays are more important.
