ACT score improvement

This was my first time taking it with minimal studying and i got a 25 composite..i got a 23-E 29-M 24-R 24-S..i'm really disappointed in my score and i feel like i could do a lot better. The next exam is in Dec. and i plan on studying every Fridays due to other responsibilities. Is it possible to raise my score up by points given the amount of time i have left?

"by points given" -what?

Anyway yes. By studying one week i was able to go from 21-28 in English and 25-28 in Math.

Thank you for your input. I meant "by 5 points given the amount of time i have left." I didn't notice the 5 wasn't there.

It honestly depends on how many bad habits you have.

If you committed a lot of "first time" mistakes, an improvement of five points is not unreasonable. However, if your issue is lack of understanding, I would believe that a 2-3 point improvement is more reasonable.

That doesn't mean you shouldn't study. Just remember to study effectively.
