| oh I'm sooooo screwed!!!!!!!!!!
So i got my ACT score back today 34,34,20,27
I usually write down the answers before i fill in the bubbles. During the test day, i made a very stupid mistake. I skipped a number. So yea, that means i had to spend half of the time erasing answers. I got a 29 on reading last time. Should i expain this to colleges? or would they automatically pick the 29 over the 20?

Most schools are more interested in your composite score than the individual subscores. So if your previous scores were good you should be ok. The majority will look at your highest composite. A few will superscore using your best subscores.

Yeah, I'd mention it in the extra essay. It sucks, but it happens.

Yeah, use the additional information section. They should be understanding with such a huge change in score, though I'm not sure how submitting the other scores would work. It would probably help if you already submitted the score where you got 29 so they have verification.

Yeah, I would definately explain it.
BTW, you got much higher composite score this time even though you made a big mistake; it's really impressive

Yes, in the additional info section.
I saw TSO last week. Not just pretty good, AMAZING. It will ruin you for just about all other concerts, but it's worth it. I had 7th row seats on the floor, was like 20 feet from the stage. Sooooooooo sweet!!!!!

might not help much. anyone could lie and say that happened. not to say you are, but how are they to know. i get that theres a huge jump, but that could be for a number of reasons.
