Which counts more: ACT English or ACT Redaing?

I am wondering how much would a 25 in English ACT hurt? and which counts more: ACT Reading section or ACT English section? In the SAT, CR counts more than writing Section. Does reading counts more in the ACT also?

My score: DEC ACT: 30(English 25, Mathematics 33, Reading 31, Science 32)
I am applying to the ivies and MIT besides many LACs.
Thanks

I think they weigh it equally.

Not sure about MIT and the Ivy League, but English and Math scores are often used to place students at state schools.
