Only 96% of ACT takers ever get below a 30 so of course it's pathetic if you can't achieve a 30+.

G3N: did you get the letter in the mail yet telling you to notify the news of your 36? It was great; I just got home from visiting Dartmouth and I have a letter sitting there from the CEO of ACT, saying congratulations for being the only student in Florida to gain a 36. Then there was an attached sheet specially printed to give to the media. i'm sure the news has better items on their agenda, but it was a bit of a confidence booster after falling in love with dartmouth (and its 13% admission rate)....
