convertor!

i know that there are plenty of websites that have charts converted the COMPOSITE score (act-->sat). however, i would like to know if anyone has a convertor for specific subjects. ie, if i received a 31 on my math, what would that be equivalent to on the sat math section? i don't need the answer for that number specifically.. i would prefer a chart so i can compare all of my scores.
Thanks.

Actually, I don't think its accurate for math. Personally, ACT math Q's are a lot more straight foward than SAT questions. I could see myself getting a 36 on the ACT math section but probably not an 800 on the SAT math sections.
