studying for the ACTs (international)

Im sitting the ACT's in october (25).
Im an international from australia; and my resources to study are very limited.(i.e I cant get the books).
How and where should I study in the time I have?

also, my ACT scores will be the most important because I am international?
Does the fact I come from Australia (with the 8th best ranked education system in the world) help me?

You can study online. I'm not sure if you can access them but actstudent.org itself has some practice questions and test-taking tips. Sparknotes is another great website. I'm sure you can find more by searching on google.com.

You should be able to get the books, just buy them from amazon. I think they ship to everywhere(they do to Germany at least).
These books are reaally helpfull, so try to get them.
