I am trying to get some decent prep for the Science section, but this PR book continues to provide me with wrong answers.

I have already used up all the Science tests in the Real ACT book, so now I have nothing to go to for practice.
Are there any tests online that are as real as the Real ACT book that I can take?

I did way worse in science on this PR than on the Real ACT book..
I'm afraid this isnt going to be accurate..
I'm thinking about returning this one and getting another one instead (test is this Saturday!)...i have no idea if it's accurate/good though because I've only worked on science in this one...any other suggestions?

I agree with whoever said they are trying to take a Barron's approach. However, I believe practice tests should represent the real thing, not make it harder.

haha. that was me! hehe. (about the comment)

but the book is overall okay, there is enough prep in it that could be used instead of always using the red book. it is an okay substitute, one of the better ones i've found.

but i'm okay with this book, i probably will sell it to some freshmen who'll need the book or something once i get a good score ... which is hopefully this saturday!

I know. My English score from Cracking the ACT to the 1296 book dropped from a 34 to a 26.

I managed to get a 35 in English on the last test of the 1296 Book. Then right after I took a test in the Real ACT Book and I got a 32.

I caught my mistakes, and hopefully I will do well tomorrow. The English section is the only one giving me a decent composite score.

I did the English section in the first test of the 1296 PR book and got a 34.
It doesn't seem to be harder...
