ACT score needed to get into schools like bowdoin, brown, penn, amherst, duke, notre dame??

    It's pretty hard to determine the required ACT score without knowing your grades, ec's, other standardized test scores, race, socioeconomic status, etc. Also, some of the schools you have listed are quite more competitive than the others and may necessitate different scores.

    Like charlie brown said, there are many more factors other than ACT scores in college admissions. Here's the ACT ranges for those schools just to give you a general idea of what you should shoot for.

    Amherst:29-34
    Bowdoin:29-33
    Brown:28-33
    Duke:29-34
    Notre Dame:31-34
    UPenn-30-33
