September 12th Study Plan?

I took the ACT in June and got a 21 and I plan on running through these books in August.

In Order:
1. Princeton Review's Cracking the ACT
2. Princeton Review 1296 ACT Questions
3. The Real ACT Prep Guide

I want to raise my score to a 27. Would this be good enough? Should I get different books?

I've heard that the Princeton review is decent. There's other things to practice beyond just ACT books no doubt.
