Does the ACT offer "Score Choice" like the SAT?
If not, does the latest score go or the highest? or all?

ACT does not offer scorechoice. You only send one complete score in, or all of them in at once. The college may decide to take specific sections and superscore it for you, or they might not.

ACT has alway had Score Choice, but some colleges (Yale,Penn,Stanford,GT,Rice) want all of your scores. Unless you want be dishonest on your applications you have to send all of your scores to those scools that require them.
