Chance me for UPENN ED?

Chance me guys!

Dad immigrant from Brazil (black)

middle class (upper)

Attends a school where not many attend prestigious universities.
Race: African-American
Sex: Male
GPA: 4.00 (UW)
SAT I: 2100- 680 CR, 720 M, 700 W
ACT: 34 (36R, 35S, 33M, 30E)
SAT IIS: Math II 780, Bio M 700

7 APs by the end of senior year. (no AP science courses available...)
Nearly all Honors Courses (only ones available)
2 years of college math (linear alg. and applied diff.)

5 AP Calc AB
4 AP Comp. Gov.
4 AP US Gov.
4 AP US History
3 AP Chem
3 AP Bio

Extra Curriculars:
Karate (4 years, instructor role, 1st in regionals)
Independent research in cardiac lab at the Oregon Health and Science University
Taught summer science classes at Oregon Museum of science and industry
Senior math tutor in high school
Classical guitar (6 years)
graphic design volunteer work for headstart

intended major? right now either math or neuroscience...

My main question is UPENN ED :/

can y'all chance me for Brown, Yale, and WashU St. Louis as well?

well, for a black student, or any student, those are some pretty competitive stats. the 3's on ap tests aren't the best, but since they're self studied it might even out. the sat is a little low for upenn, and i think it puts you in the bottom 25%, but the gpa and course rigor is good. the stats aren't exactly flawless, but then again you'd be surprised who gets in to some of these places. compared to other black people that's pretty good, and the remote location helps you out too, so i'd say it's pretty possible. i recommend collegedata.com if you want to see stats of real students who got in, i was surprised for duke some kids had 4.87 gpas and got rejected and a kid with 3.6 got accepted, so you never know.
