Scholars Weekend Program?

Is anyone going to Scholars Weekend Program Feb. 18-19, 2007?

D had great time and is keeping AS on her short list of colleges.

There were at least 90 other awesome students in attendance, I know some of you frequent CC. So, lets get this thread going. Please.

They spent 2 days on campus, mostly informational: visiting classes, tours to Atlanta, sleepover in the dorms. There was a fairly intense interview for each student with a panel of faculty members 3 to 5, which lasted for 20 to 30 mins. D ended up getting the Presidential award, which covers tuition for 4 years.

Congrats to your daughter. In what way was the interview "intense"? Were the questions unusual?
