Second highest ranking 2-degree position in the wing. Only higher job he could have gotten would be the wing supt (also known as the wing command chief). He's the ranking 2-degree in charge of a large portion of the operations of squadrons 1-10.

I'll be the only white guy you would see wearing 5 chevrons. Both the BCT supts are black dudes. If you see me during chapel times (if I'm even down there at those times) or a free time like that, feel free to say Hi! and I won't be a mean cadre person.
